This policy explains how NMS App Works LLC (“NMS App Works,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our iOS applications (each, an “App”) and this website.
Summary
Our apps are built to run on your device. We do not operate accounts, we do not run servers that store your content, and we do not collect analytics or advertising identifiers. Content you create in an App stays on your device.
Individual apps publish their own policy where they have specifics worth spelling out: Scribe-ly.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the issue and maintain a support record.
Information collected automatically by our apps
None. Our apps do not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or crash-reporting services operated by us.
Information collected by this website
This site is static and sets no cookies. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Data stored on your device
Content you create in an App — such as documents, entries, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. Where an App offers iCloud sync, that content goes to your own iCloud account, which is controlled by you under your agreement with Apple; we have no access to it. Device backups you make to iCloud or a computer likewise include App data and remain under your control.
Deleting an App removes its locally stored data. Anything held in iCloud is removed through iOS Settings or iCloud.com.
Apple App Store data
When you download or purchase an App, Apple processes the transaction and may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying sales and usage reports through App Store Connect. We cannot identify individual users from these reports. Apple's handling of your information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment card details. Receipt validation, where used, is performed on your device or against Apple's servers.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only where required by law, or to the service providers named in this policy (Cloudflare for site hosting, Apple for distribution and payments, and our email provider for support correspondence).
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA). Because we hold almost nothing — in most cases only support email correspondence — these requests are usually satisfied by deleting that correspondence. Email us at contact@nmsappworks.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
International transfers
We operate from the United States. Support email you send us is processed in the United States.
Security
Keeping data on your device is our primary safeguard: information we never receive cannot be breached on our side. Data on your device is protected by iOS file encryption and your device passcode. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
